If you are not 100% satisfied with your Spa Bra you must contact us within 4 days of having received it. Please allow 48 hours for our office to return your call. Your concerns are very important to us.
Please be accurate when measuring your hard spa cover. It is imperative that you read all instructions very carefully as we will follow your measurements in constructing your custom Spa Bra. If you are unsure of how to measure your hard spa cover or if you are unsure of the spa shape, please give us a call before ordering. The final measurements are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Because we rely upon your accurate measurements, a refund for miss-measuring or for an inaccurate spa shape will NOT be granted.
Our goal at The Spa Bra is to provide you with superior customer service. If all measurements are correct and you have received the material of your choice, we regret that a FULL REFUND will not be forth coming. However, we will evaluate your concern and a determination will be forwarded to you within 30 days.
Returns will be at the expense of the purchaser. A 50% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns.
